Steps to apply
STEPS TO ENROL
Step 1
Click the "Read More" button on the Courses web page showing the course you wish to apply for to open the courses information page

Step 2
Scroll down to find the application form, complete the application form and submit it.
We will contact you via email to confirm we have received your initial application form. We will also send two further emails with links to complete:
1) A Google Form for the level test
2) A Google Form for the full application form
Fill out both forms and submit.
NOTE: Please do check your spam or junk folders as sometimes the email may end up there!

Step 3
Book your interview here . This is to make sure the course is right for you as well as assessing your level of Spoken English. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

NOTE: Even if you have a very limited knowledge of English, we still needs to speak to you. You can ask a friend or family member to be with you but please do not ask them to translate our questions. They are there only to make sure we can answer your questions if you need assistance.

Once all the above steps are completed, we will then offer you a place on the appropriate course stating clearly your level based on the assessment. An offer letter and invoce will be sent to you via email with all the information you need.
We also need a clear scanned copy of your passport.

Step 4
Our Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you together with an invoice containing the total amount due to pay for your selected course. You can pay the fees on our website (queens-english.co.uk) via the Payments tab or by bank transfer Please make sure the payment is received before you start your course as we may ask you to wait until we receive the payment.
NOTE: if you apply for a Short Term Student Visa, there is a £50 non-refundable fee required before we can issue the letter. The invoice for the course is due after your Visa is granted and before you start the course.

Hours and Prices
We enrol new students every week for a minimum of 4 weeks up to 48 weeks unless it is for one-to-one classes.

Certification
Every student who attends a minimum of 90% of the total course duration will receive an attendance certificate stating the type of course, length and the level achieved, this is not an official certification for any other purposes but can be used as a prove or to confirm for attendance of school over a certain period. If you need an international recognised certification, you will need to sit for an exams with Cambridge ESOL , TRINITY or British Council Aptis. These certifications can be used to apply touniversity , work or for different immigration requirements. As each exam is specific in its uses, please ask the school if you are in any doubt.
